Terms & Conditions – 3 Months Vzy OTT Subscription
1. Eligibility 
• Coupons are available for use by customers aged 18 and above. 
• The coupon user must have an active Vzy account or create an account using a valid mobile number. 
2. Validity 
• Each coupon has a specific validity period of 30 days, as mentioned on the coupon itself. It must be used before the expiry date. 
• Expired coupons will not be reissued or extended. 
• The offer is valid in India. 
3. Usage 
• Coupons can be used only once per user unless specified otherwise. 
• Only one coupon can be applied per transaction. 
• Coupons cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts unless explicitly stated. 
• This coupon code will work for users with no active subscription to Vzy and the OTTs under the plan. 
4. Redemption 
• Coupons must be redeemed on the Vzy platform (website or app). 
• To redeem, enter the coupon code at checkout. 
• The discount or offer will be applied to the applicable product(s) or service(s) as stated on the coupon. 
5. Restrictions 
• Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of value. 
• Coupons are non-transferable and cannot be sold, auctioned, or otherwise transferred. 
• Specific coupons may be restricted to certain products, services, or categories. 
6. Refunds and Cancellations 
• If a purchase made with a coupon is cancelled or refunded, the coupon's value will not be refunded or reissued. 
• Partial refunds may result in forfeiture of the coupon's benefits. 
7. Abuse and Fraud 
• Vzy reserves the right to cancel or revoke any coupon in case of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms. 
• Accounts using fraudulent coupons may be subject to further investigation and action. 
8. Changes and Updates 
• Vzy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the coupon program at any time without prior notice. 
• Changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on the Vzy platform or communicated to users. 
9. Liability 
• Vzy is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the unauthorized use of a coupon. 
• Any technical issues preventing redemption of a coupon must be reported to Vzy customer support within the coupon's validity period. 
10. Governing Law 
• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Vzy operates.

Terms & Conditions – Couple Movie Tickets (Monday to Thursday)
1. This voucher entitles the user to 2 complimentary couple movie tickets at participating cinemas from Monday to Thursday. Offer valid in select cities. 
2. Bookings will be confirmed only from Monday to Thursday. All booking requests submitted on Saturday and Sunday will be attended to on the subsequent business day. 
3. A minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 7 days advance notice is mandatory to make a booking. 
4. Walk-in customers without prior reservation will not be entertained at the venue. 
5. To avail of the offer, customers must show the SMS confirmation or a printout of the e-ticket at the venue. 
6. The movie ticket booking has to be for a currently running or released movie. No request for advance bookings for forthcoming movie releases will be entertained. 
7. Our concierge representative will try to reach the customer up to a maximum of 2 times within 48 business hours of the preferred booking date to confirm the movie tickets. If the customer is non-contactable, the booking request will be cancelled and cannot be rebooked. 
8. Once booked, the ticket cannot be cancelled or rescheduled. 
9. The offer is open to residents of India only. 
10. This offer is not exchangeable for cash or for sale. 
11. This offer is applicable only on 2D movies and excludes 3D movies, IMAX, and other special screenings. 
12. Redemption of tickets is subject to availability of seats. 
13. Film classification rules apply, and identification may be required. 
14. The voucher is valid for the best available silver class seats and is not valid for special screenings, paid previews, premieres, or gold class seats. 
15. The cinema voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer. 
16. The cinema manager's decision is final and standard cinema rules apply. 
17. The holder of this offer is not entitled to any preferential right over other cinema patrons. 
18. The list of participating venues remains subject to change. 
19. The movie ticket booking has to be for a currently running or released movie, excluding first-week release movies. No request for advance bookings for forthcoming movie releases will be entertained. 

Terms & Conditions – Domino’s Pizza for Two (Monday to Friday)
1. This voucher entitles you to 2 complimentary PAN Pizzas for Two at participating restaurants from Monday to Friday. Offer valid in select cities. 
2. In case of non-availability, an alternate slot or venue will be provided. 
3. If you fail to cancel your booking 48 hours prior to the reservation, or do not show at the venue, your voucher will be deemed redeemed and cannot be re-used. 
4. To avail of the offer, please show the confirmation SMS upon arrival at the venue. 
5. The set menu will include 2 Free PAN Pizzas (Veg or Non-Veg) from select categories. Our concierge agent will confirm the available options from the pre-defined menu at the time of booking. 
6. Beverages and other items ordered which do not form part of the set menu will be charged at actuals. 
7. The offer is available for dine-in and takeaway only. 
8. Walk-in customers without prior reservation will not be entertained at the venue. 
9. This offer is subject to promotional availability. 
10. The usage of this voucher is subject to the conditions specified herein, which must be followed by the voucher holder. 
11. Customers can select their preferred City, Offer, Venue and Date from the available options during the redemption process. Participating venues are subject to availability and reserve the right to vary timings and offer availability.
12. The promoters, their agents and distributors cannot be held responsible for any restaurant subsequently declining acceptance of the promotion for reasons of their own.

General Terms & Conditions
1. This voucher entitles the holder to any one of the following assured rewards: 
• 3 Months Vzy Subscription; or

2. This offer is applicable on billing of Rs.15,000/-  or greater. 
3. Onam Santhosham Campaign (Kerala): The Campaign Validity is until 31st October 2026. The Last Date to Register is 15th November 2026. 
Season of Celebration Festive Campaign (PAN India, except Kerala): The Campaign Validity is until 20th November 2026. The Last Date to Register is 5th December 2026.

5. Participation and eligibility shall be subject to submission of a valid satisfactory answer and will be judged on the basis of creativity and uniqueness, along with fulfilment of all other applicable Terms & Conditions of the promotion.
6. This offer is for consumers only and is not a trade scheme or employee scheme for Kaff Appliances (I) Pvt. Ltd. employees, retailers, dealers and/or distributors. The usage of this voucher is subject to the terms and conditions to be followed by the voucher holder/purchaser. 
7. The "How to Use/Redeem" instructions form part of these Terms & Conditions. 
8. This offer is subject to promotional availability and is not exchangeable for cash or for sale. 
9. Any costs associated with entering the promotion, including accessing the promotional website, are the responsibility of each entrant. Regular call and message rates will apply as per the consumer's telecom operator in their respective circles. 
10. Only products that are billed will be considered under the scheme. SKUs that cannot be billed for any reason will not be considered. 
11. Only a printed invoice/bill that clearly includes the Store Name (only select outlets), Store Address, Store GST No., Date of Purchase, Invoice/Bill No., Item Names (only the participating products), and prices will be considered an eligible receipt for claiming rewards. 
12. Handwritten bills/invoices, photocopied bills/invoices, scanned, illegible, tampered, altered or defaced bills/invoices will not be considered.

15. The customer purchase invoice should have the customer's name and mobile number. No registration/booking will be entertained if the invoice is in the name of any other person or company/organisation. 
16. One single bill/invoice will be valid.
17. A maximum of one voucher can be availed per person, per mobile number, per email ID and per invoice during the promotion period. 
18. Only one voucher code per booking will be entertained. Multiple vouchers cannot be booked together. 
19. Photocopied, torn or mutilated vouchers will not be accepted. 
20. This scheme cannot be combined with any other lifting or promotional scheme. 
21. No return of goods is permitted under this scheme. 
22. Bumper Reward is subject to successful bill verification. Gratification of bumper reward will be done only upon successful KYC and submission of the required documents. Failure to complete KYC or submit the required documents within the stipulated timeline will result in forfeiture of the reward. No claims will be accepted thereafter.

29. The winners must, at the request of Kaff Appliances, participate in all promotional activities (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the prize, free of charge, and consent to Kaff Appliances using their name and image in promotional material. 
30. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. and/or the Company hold no legal and financial liability for unclaimed offers, incentives, vouchers, etc. beyond the applicable period of the promotional offer. 
31. Each participant represents and warrants that he/she is legally competent to enter into binding contracts under applicable laws. By taking part in and/or entering into the Contest/Promotion, the participant warrants that all information provided regarding the participant's name, age, state, city, address, phone number, etc. is true, correct, accurate and complete. 
32. The decision of Kaff Appliances or its Agency regarding the selection of winners and distribution of prizes shall be final, subject only to Kaff Appliances' approval. No correspondence or other claims whatsoever in this regard will be entertained. 
33. No queries, claims, disputes, complaints or grievances shall be entertained by Kaff Appliances and its agency after 15 days from the date of closure of the contest/promotion period. 
34. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable in any manner for any cost or expense incurred for the purpose of redemption of the voucher. 
35. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Company, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to (a) invalidate any customer; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate. 
36. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone, network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures, including any damage to an entrant's or any other person's mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from, participation in this promotion or the downloading of any materials related to this promotion. 
37. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Company reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation. 
38. Caution: Any attempt to deliberately damage the Company's promotional website or the information on the website, to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Company reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If the Company suffers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these Terms or any other legal obligation by an entrant, the entrant agrees to indemnify the promoter for those losses, damages and costs. 
39. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd., its clients, agents and distributors accept no responsibility, financial or otherwise, for the misuse of Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. vouchers by participants and are not liable for any personal loss or injury and cannot be held responsible for any disagreement concerning the quality or availability of featured offers. 
40. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd., the Promoter, their clients, agents and distributors will not be liable to replace any lost, stolen or damaged vouchers/documents. 
41. These Terms & Conditions are subject to Indian Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in New Delhi.
